Our History

Originally founded in 1989 as part of a small accounting firm, Omnios was spun off as an independent company in 1999 by Mike Silver and Craig Sommerfield, both Certified Public Accountants (CPA) who have extensive experience working for medium to large-size companies in the areas of accounting process analysis, project management, computer programming and software implementation.
